«Awqaf» approves the instructions «bases and conditions for the adoption of Umrah offices» in the Kingdom

The instructions also stipulated that the office and its owners be exempt from any financial rights towards the Ministry of Awqaf The office has approved the contract last year and the office provides a valid contract for each season certified by the Ministry of Hajj Saudi Arabia by adopting an external agent for one of the Saudi authorities licensed to provide Umrah services.
On the other hand, the instructions stipulated that rented buildings should be in places where there are shops selling foodstuffs that meet the needs of pilgrims.
According to the instructions, it takes several procedures in case of violation of the instructions of the Office and contracts concluded where the value of the violation and compensation for the funeral and in the event that the Office does not pay within a period of not more than one week from the date of notification in writing, the amount is deducted from the guarantee of good implementation either in the event of physical damage to pilgrims The guarantee provided by the Office shall be confiscated by the Minister of Awqaf's decision.
